#Repost @sophie_aris ・・・ I never really like to chat about what I weigh on here.... . . But I realise those of you that have recently decided to hang out on my page (thank you for that btw, I love you ????) may not know about my weight loss/gain journey. I have been both overweight and have been underweight in the past (left was when when I was competing over a year ago now) I'm sharing this with you guys because I know what it's like to be both. This is where I'm currently at (taken yesterday on the right) Unlike the left where dieting and exercise consumed my whole life, now it's just something that fits into it. Doing both makes me feel good and are things I enjoy. . This is not a post about which is my 'better look'. It's simply just a comparison to share what an extra 11kg looks like on me and the transformation I've gone through ????
