bTV Media Group Wins Four Awards For Digital Professionalism At The IAB MIXX Awards

After a series of successes, the 360-livestream won its first international recognition

bTV Media Group has strengthened its presence among the leaders in the Internet community and received another recognition for its role and effectiveness in the Bulgarian digital advertising market. The media group won 4 bronze awards during an official ceremony marking the sixth edition of the IAB MIXX Awards 2021, which took place on April 27 in Sofia. The event traditionally counted the leading players in the Bulgarian internet space and the field of digital advertising.

The bTV Media Group team earned the prizes in strong competition from a record total of 184 applications and 88 finalist campaigns. The awards in this year's edition of the prestigious competition were determined and presented by a fully international jury composed of marketers from various agencies in Europe with a number of awards. They are divided into two areas - "Creativity" and "Strategy", evaluating applications according to four main criteria - strategy, implementation and use of the media, results and return on investment and creativity.

bTV Media Group won bronze medals in the following categories:

  • Best Native Campaign, in which the jury evaluated the project "Viewer Theft" from the popular music show "The Voice of Bulgaria". It was realized with the help of the GK Services advertising agency, and the advertiser was "SDI" Insurance broker.
  • The second bronze award came in the category Most Effective Use of Data, where bTV's annual campaign with DMP targeting and client efbet managed to impress international judges.
  • The successful collaboration of bTV Web with efbet led to a bronze award in the Programmatic category.
  •  A bronze award in one of the most innovative categories was earned with the only 360ᵒ LIVE Stream reality in our country - with the 360-degree finale of "The Farm", realized with the assistance of 5th Degree, in collaboration with advertising agencies PHD & Digital Point and advertisers Lidl and Vegeta.
