The most watched music show on the Bulgarian air,"The Voice of Bulgaria", received two awards for its YouTube video channel. The web platform of the music format received the Best YouTube Channel Award out of all the countries around the world that broadcast The Voice. This recognition from the format's licensor, Talpa, was given not only for the quality content on the air, but also in the digital channels of the show.

Season 2019 of "The Voice of Bulgaria" achieved record results on all its platforms. bTV Media Group is a proven leader in providing quality content and multi-platform reach, while observing global leading principles, but also introducing new practices for the Bulgarian market. The music show managed to reach 100,000 subscribers on its YouTube channel, earning it another award - the Creators Award, from the social video content network. The channel of "The Voice of Bulgaria" in the platform has grown by 20K users in 2018 and a whole 37K new followers in 2019.

In the last season of the show, the YouTube channel marks nearly double results in video views, the time users have spent on the content of the show, and the likes of videos. According to GARB, a record of more than 1,440,000 viewers saw the launch of "The Voice of Bulgaria" on February 24, and more than 50% of Bulgarian viewers preferred the finale of the reality format on June 9 (over 1.3 million viewers according to GARB data). The most watched show on Bulgarian air is also the only musical show with animated stickers and its own community in Viber, inspired by the star coaching lineup, the hosts, the "Sing, my hear" segment on Radio N-JOY, and the most iconic elements in the show – the block button and the hot seat. At the height of the season, fans were able to watch the most interesting bits of the episodes, interviews with contestant and coaches, and the exclusive backstage videos in the segment "The Voice behind the scenes" on a daily basis.
