David Stepan is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director and Member of the Management Board of bTV Media Group EAD. He is also Executive Director of Radiocompany C.J, a subsidiary of bTV Media Group. He joined the management team of the company in May 2016.

David has 15 years of experience in the area of corporate finance and auditing, and in-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and the US GAAP. He began his career with KPMG Czech Republic and also gained valuable experience whilst working for KPMG Australia for 2 years. He closed his audit career chapter as Audit Manager back at KPMG Czech Republic.

David joined the CME team in 2010 as Accounting and Financial Control Director, responsible for the corporate finance and the group consolidation. Before joining bTV Media Group he worked as Head of Financial Operations with a focus on key restructuring and financial projects in Romania.

David has graduated from the VSB Technical University of Ostrava (Czech Republic) – Faculty of Economics, with a Master's degree in Public Economics and Administration. He is a chartered accountant (achieved the Fellowship with ACCA).
