Requirements:
• University Degree in Journalism and/or Communications and at least 2 years of experience as editor in an online media
• Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize tasks. Experience in development and implementation of a successful strategy in an online media is an advantage.
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• Drive strong initiative and desire to work in a team-oriented environment;
• Negotiation capabilities and strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure;
• Excellent English (written and spoken);
• Excellent time and project management skills and good decision-making abilities;
You will be responsible for:
• Manage the content strategy, style and overall administration of the website;
• Supervise the team which work for btvnovinite.bg
• Follow closely the implementation of all phases of titles entry (documentation, video editing, attachment photo / video);
• Coordinate all the site related issues with colleagues (decision makers) responsible for other BTV medias ( TV and Radio) and with BTV’s Digital department in a role of the main partner in driving btvnovinite.bg;
• Make the decision which titles enter the front page and which titles go on other sections of the site;
• Manage and exploit all the content of online video platform;
• Administrate and moderate the forum page.
