We expand further our Sales Team and look for an experienced, focused and enthusiastic person who understands selling, marketing and the advertising business.

TV SALES EXECUTIVE

The successful candidate’s core focus will be to:

• Uncover and understand the business needs and challenges of our clients and address these through recommendations and ongoing consultation
• Utilize the strength of the various platforms of bTV Media Group finding the right media and creative solution for our partners with a focus on TV
• Assume a lead role in all major sales opportunities and negotiations
• Drive sales growth and renewals among existing and new clients
• Use, understand and provide audience measurement and sales data as required to senior management and partners
• Create and maintain a network of contacts and communicate successfully with a diverse set of decision makers, spanning all levels of organizations and across various functional areas
• Create proposals and prepare contracts for the closed deals

This position requires strong communication skills and understanding of the overall business and challenges, media planning and buying and good knowledge of digital, research, TV data and analytics. As a Sales Executive you should be ready to quickly start cooperating with agencies as well as direct clients and be keen to get fully immersed into an environment which is fun, busy and extremely competitive at the same time. You must have strong ability to analyse data and know how to set and evolve bTV Media Group’s corporate sales targets for achieving growth.

The ideal candidate is a creative and dynamic media professional that understands the media landscape in Bulgaria, but more importantly knows how to listen and build trust with partners.
