It's amazing what we're ready to do in the name of something that shouldn't determine us as personalities - our body shape. There is almost no girl or woman who hasn't gone extreme on her way to fat loss. I've been on the both sides - wanting and having a ripped body and if there is someone who thinks this photo represents a happier me, he or she is totally wrong. This photo reflects 100% dedication, super strong will, no rest, exhaustion, extremely high stress levels and definitely no good health. Recovering from being lean for too long took me more than accomplishing six-pack. 1-2% of body fat makes huge difference in the long run and if you really love life and want to fully enjoy it, don't stress avout it too much. At least we're not professional athletes or cover magazine models and don't earn money showing how ripped we are. We should be doing what we are doing to feel better, which undoubtedly will make us look better. Forget about stupid crash dieting and start focusing on what truly matters - your beloved ones, hobbies, traveling, dreams and so on. #thefitsense #discprotrusionfighter #mondaymotivation #crashdietingsux #emotionaleating #intuitiveeater #rippedabs #rippedbody #girlswithabs #girlswhonevergiveup #betteryou #girlunderconstruction #activegirls #dreambig #loveyourself #blogginglife #honoryourbody #gymchicks #calisthenics #trxaddict #injurycannotstopme #sixpack #traineveryday
