In Support of Effective Advertising Campaigns
bTV Media Group is main partner of the Effie awards for yet another year
What makes an advertising campaign successful? Is it its emotional charge? Or is it the creation of incentive for purchase or contribution? The answer will be revealed on November 26th at Sofia Hotel Balkan. The most prestigious awards, which evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communication, will be awarded for the 14th consecutive time in Bulgaria under the headline “The good campaigns are known from the fist glance”.
For many agencies and companies, the Effie Bulgaria Award is not only a recognition, but also a criterion for best practices in the advertising and marketing industry. The honors are awarded in over 40 countries across 6 continents. Effie rewards campaigns that not only bring business results, but also change the market – in terms of attitudes, innovations, and approach in individual categories and their communication to the consumer. This makes the Effie competition one of the most important in the advertising industry, and the work of the winners serves as a starting point for determining the overall market level. The focus of the awards is the strong strategy that delivers high business results.
BTV Media Group's traditional support for the competition reflects the group's commitment to creating and enforcing effective marketing and communications practices that produce impressive results. The selection of applications is carried out in two rounds, and the jury traditionally includes distinguished experts from multidisciplinary areas of business - sales, marketing, research and analysis. For yet another year, a member of the jury is the Sales Director of bTV Media Group, Dessislava Proeva.
The awards are in five categories: "Goods", "Services", "Promotions", "Corporate Communications" and "Social, Media, Political Campaign".
In the first round, each campaign is judged individually, without comparison to the others in the category. In the second round, applications are reviewed and compared by category. Traditionally, the evidence of the results from the advertising campaigns carries the biggest weight/relevance in forming the final judgment/decisions. The market environment, the strategic idea and its realization will also be considered and evaluated.
