bTV Media Group is part of the family of Central European Media Enterprises (CME). CME is the leading vertically integrated media company in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2008 bTV was the first national TV station to seriously invest in internet, and in a short time www.btv.bg became one of the most visited websites in Bulgaria. It has more than 150 000 unique visitors and more than 1 million impressions daily. According to the online research agency Gemius in the past several years www.btv.bg is the most visited news website in Bulgaria, and is among the top 3 websites in general.

bTV.bg has won many prestigious awards. Among the most significant are the two consecutive Best Website awards in the media category at the contest BG Site for 2009 and 2010; My Lovemarks award in 2009 in the category Website of electronic media; a special prize for usability in 2010; the Platinum Umbrella award for best corporate website at the media festival Mediamixx 2009, the big Golden Umbrella award Best Website of the Year at Mediamixx 2008, and the award Best Website in the media category at Mediamixx 2007.

In November 2010 bTV Media Group launched its first internet project that is not related to the TV and radio content of its stations - www.ladyzone.bg - online magazine for the contemporary Bulgarian woman.

Тhe Bulgarian Internet users can now watch their favourite TV station online on www.btv.bg, free of charge! The only thing, that is required from the visitors on bTV’s new media portal, is registration.

The new web portal of the station has an entirely renewed design. Apart from live streaming, the users can find a rich video archive of bTV News, publicistic programs and entertainment shows. Internet fans can discover more pictures and information about their favorite programs, films and series, broadcast on bTV.

For the first time registered users can publish their own materials – video and pictures – in the feature “I, Reporter”. Now everyone can share their opinion on hot and important problems for the society in the field for comments in the section “News”. The users will take part in web surveys on hot social and political issues.

Live streaming of bTV’s program on other websites in Bulgaria is illegal, and the station will take all legal measures to prevent the distribution of its program on sites other than www.btv.bg.

bTV’s Internet portal is developed by the station’s web team in cooperation with the company Netage Solutions.

bTV предлага интерактивен медиен портал с видео на живо, богат архив и изцяло обновен дизайн.

На адрес www.btv.bg интернет потребителите в България вече могат да гледат любимата си телевизия онлайн напълно безплатно. Единственото, което се изисква от посетителите на новия медиен портал на bTV, е регистрация.

Новият портал на телевизията е с изцяло обновен дизайн, като освен програмата на bTV в реално време, потребителите ще открият и богат видеоархив на новините, публицистичните предавания и развлекателните програми. Интернет феновете ще намерят в сайта и повече снимки и информация за любимите си предавания, филми и сериали, които се излъчват по bTV.

Регистрацията в портала дава възможност на потребителите за публикуване на зрителски материали – видео и снимки - в рубриката "Аз, репортерът". Вече всеки може да сподели мнението си по наболели и важни за обществото проблеми в полето за коментари в рубриката "Новини". За потребителите са предвидени и много анкети по актуални обществени и политически въпроси.

bTV реши да даде възможност на зрителите да гледат програмата на телевизията онлайн в отговор на нарастващите изисквания на своята аудитория и увеличаващия се брой на Интернет потребителите в България.

Излъчването на програмата на bTV на живо в други сайтове в България е незаконно и телевизията ще предприеме всички необходими законови мерки, за да предотврати разпространението й онлайн другаде, освен на адрес www.btv.bg.

Медийният портал на bTV е разработен от интернет екипа на телевизията съвместно с компанията Netage Solutions.
