bTV announces the appointment of a new Human Resources Director

As part of a strategic development, bTV Media Group announces the appointment of Adelina Popova as its Director of Human Resources, effective March 24. She joins bTV with the goal of continuing to build a strong employer brand and supporting the company in its certification process as the best employer in the media industry. Adelina Popova takes over from the current HR Director, Darina Petrova.
Adelina Popova is a professional with 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management and has worked for a number of global companies. Her expertise spans all areas of HR strategy development, including talent attraction and retention, organizational culture and leadership improvement, workplace satisfaction measurement, and employee development.

Biography
Adelina Popova started her career with KPMG Bulgaria. Over the years she took regional responsibility for strategic HR development with KPMG in the Balkans. She then continued her professional development within companies in the tech sector as Senior HR Business Partner and lead for the “Next Generation Leaders” Program for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Hewlett-Packard. Over the last 10 years, she has worked in various multinationals in global roles like Global Director People & Culture at Tek Experts, Global Senior Business Partner HR at ATOS IT Solutions and Services and Head of Leadership Development, EVIDEN. Adelina graduated from the University of National and World Economy with a master’s degree in economics and completed a postgraduate professional certification in Strategic HR Management in London.
