bTV Media Group presents the new generation of its digital platforms - btvnovinite.bg and btvsport.bg. Built on a new technological infrastructure, they offer a refreshed design and expanded features tailored to modern user habits. With this latest decisive step in its digital transformation, bTV Media Group continues to develop a modern, accessible, and sustainable ecosystem for news, sports, and video content.
At the heart of the revamped platforms is the user experience, with faster loading times and more intuitive navigation. The btvnovinite.bg and btvsport.bg websites provide access to news, sports and video content from any device. New mobile apps have also been developed for iOS and Android, allowing users to follow the latest news, sports events and videos in real time.

Among the key innovations is the new vertical video format (9:16), tailored to current content consumption habits on mobile devices. It provides convenient access to video in a format preferred by today’s audience. Thanks to the Single Sign-On system, users can seamlessly access bTV+, btvnovinite.bg, and btvsport.bg with a single account.
The new btvnovinite.bg platform was developed with a focus on accessibility and equal access to information. It includes features such as speech-to-text, text-to-speech, automatically generated subtitles, and the ability to adjust the text size, which support users with different needs and preferences when consuming content.
Users can actively participate in the news process through the integration of “I, the Reporter” into the new mobile app of btvnovinite.bg, by sending photos, videos, and tips directly to the bTV newsroom. “I, the Reporter” is Bulgaria’s first television and digital platform for viewer tips and user-generated content, which are featured in bTV’s news broadcasts, current affairs programs, and online projects.
Particularly significant is the transformation of bTV’s sports ecosystem. The new btvsport.bg offers a wealth of sports content, enhanced with real-time data - live scores, match tracking, detailed statistics, information on upcoming matches, and historical archives. The platform also includes additional coverage of major sporting events, such as the FIFA World Cup, with an up-to-date tournament bracket, dynamically updated real-time scores, and detailed information on every stage of the competition. Other new features include a choice between light and dark interface themes, a link to the VOYO streaming platform, optimized video infrastructure, and automated systems for processing and visualizing sports data. These provide faster access to up-to-date information and a more fulfilling user experience for sports fans.
The integration of bTV Radio into btvnovinite.bg allows users to listen to live radio content directly through the platform, while simultaneously expanding bTV Radio’s digital reach and providing an additional convenient channel for accessing news and current information. This way, the audience can keep up with important events on the go - whether they’re traveling, driving, or in situations where video consumption isn’t possible.
bTV Media Group is preparing another technological surprise - a new platform for weather content that will combine the expertise of bTV’s established team of meteorologists with modern digital features for tracking the weather, forecasts, and analyses of climatic phenomena and processes. The platform will be unveiled in early July.
