bTV presented its internship program at FJMC

On April 7-9, the Career Days took place at the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication of Sofia University. The aim of the event was to bring media companies together with students to create opportunities for professional development and to introduce future journalists to the real working environment.
bTV Media Group visited journalism students to present its internship program and professional development opportunities. Chief Operating Officer Gospodin Yovchev presented the Media Group's portfolio and a team from the News, Current Affairs and Sports, Human Resources, Marketing and Corporate Communications departments interacted with students interested in internships at bTV.
"The students will be working in an era of artificial intelligence with an increasing and growing role of social media, and this is where the big challenge for them will be - to be able to persevere and apply the rules of journalism and defend the truth in their work every day," said Polina Boteva, Producer of bTV News.
"This is a very valuable opportunity for our young colleagues from the first to the fourth year, all bachelor programs, of course, and the master programs - to see representatives of leading Bulgarian media, editors-in-chief," said Prof. Dr. Veselina Valkanova, Dean of FJMC.
