Dimitar Noykov is taking over as Head of VOYO in Bulgaria

The bTV Media Group announces the appointment of Dimitar Noykov as Head of VOYO, effective 19 January. Joining the company's management team, he will be responsible for the strategic development of VOYO as an operating business unit within the media group on the Bulgarian market.
In his new role, he will oversee the platform's overall strategic development, focusing on expanding local content, improving the user experience and ensuring the service's sustainable growth.

Dimitar Noykov is an established media professional with many years of experience in managing and developing video platforms and digital products. During his career, he has held key roles in content management, in building and developing streaming services, and in creating and establishing film and television channels. He has also experience in monetizing and managing media brands.
VOYO is a video-on-demand (VOD) platform and is part of the bTV Media Group portfolio. The service offers original local content and exclusive television events, and it is one of the fastest-growing streaming platforms in the region. VOYO is part of CME and operates in seven geographical regions: Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Moldova, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
In Bulgaria, the platform offers over 7,000 hours of video content per year across various genres, including exclusive and premiere Bulgarian and international series and films, live sports events, children's programs and original productions from bTV. All titles are 100% translated into Bulgarian.
Biography - Dimitar Noykov
Dimitar Noykov began his professional career in the television industry in 2007. Over the past two decades, he has contributed to the creation and implementation of innovative digital platforms, streaming services, and effective models for content distribution in a digital environment. He has held various key management positions, including Director of Sales and Marketing, Regional Director of HBO Bulgaria, and Director of Sales at Warner Bros. Discovery.
Dimitar Noykov graduated from the University of National and World Economy with a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in business economics and trade. He completed his secondary education at the Vasil Drumev Natural Sciences and Mathematics High School in Veliko Tarnovo.
