The new season of the realty show "The Bachelor" will premiere with a special preview on VOYO, which is part of the bTV Media Group portfolio. The first episode of the fifth season will be available to subscribers on 16 February, Monday, after 8 p.m., a full day before the official TV premiere.

This will enable VOYO users to be the first to meet the three new bachelors — Kristian Genchev, Marin Stanev and Stoyan Dimov — and the women competing for their affection. The first meeting between the bachelors and the women will take place at an elegant ball in Sofia. Those who are ready to get to know each other will then head to Sri Lanka. This season, the ladies will reside in an impressive mansion located just a stone's throw from the legendary Galle Fort, towering over a secluded lagoon with views of the Indian Ocean. The estate has played host to world celebrities and is a favourite retreat for Hollywood star Gal Gadot in search of tranquillity and inspiration.

The premiere of VOYO's The Bachelor marks the beginning of a whole new model for offering exclusive video content on the Bulgarian market. For the first time, fans of the most popular reality shows will have access to such a service, with all episodes available the day before they air.

'We are taking a strategic step in the development of VOYO and streaming services in Bulgaria. We are introducing a brand new way of offering video content, giving fans early access to our most popular shows. This is an exceptional opportunity for all fans who want to watch their favourite shows before anyone else. VOYO's success in the region demonstrates that television continues to play a leading role as a traditional medium. However, providing early access to content enhances audience engagement and offers a completely new experience," said Ralf Bartoleit, CEO of bTV Media Group.

VOYO subscribers will be the first to witness the most exciting moments from The Bachelor, as well as the new cooking competition My Kitchen is Number One, the latest Bulgarian series Faith, Hope, Love, the social phenomenon Home Makeover, and many other shows.

"The goal is not only to establish VOYO as a video platform, but to turn it into a place that viewers choose with confidence. A rich library, exclusive titles, anywhere and anytime. Our ambition is for VOYO to be the preferred choice for anyone looking for powerful stories and quality local content." - explains Dimitar Noykov, Head of VOYO for Bulgaria.

In addition to reality formats, users will be able to watch their favorite Bulgarian and foreign series in advance, exclusively on VOYO and up to 7 days before they air. Sports fans will also have direct access to interesting content – from live broadcasts of UEFA tournament matches and sporting events with strong Bulgarian participation such as MMA, kickboxing, weightlifting, basketball, to documentaries about contemporary stars such as Carlos Nassar and Kubrat Pulev, and sports legends from Bulgaria's past.

Anyone eager to be part of the premiere of "The Bachelor" can choose between a one-month or year-long subscription to VOYO or request it as part of the service packages offered by their mobile operator. It can be used on 5 different devices, with up to two viewers at the same time. The video content on VOYO is not interrupted by ads and is fully translated into Bulgarian.

More information can be found at VOYO.bg, as well as on the platform's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
