The Overlay-Skyscraper is an alternative advertising form that allows the client to use air time during a specific broadcast in order to advertise product/service including trademark – logo or slogan clearly identified by a legible inscription in Bulgarian “advert”.
The client’s animation is placed on a vertical transparent pad that takes approximately 1/3 of the right or left side of the screen. The Overlay-Skyscraper should not cover the television logo and some specific inscriptions (if there are any). The Overlay-Skyscraper pad should be 20% transparency minimum.
Technical requirement for Overlay advertising forms:
- The design approval of the animation is performed by BMG Creative department ; the technical parameters are revised and controlled by ViZrt operator.
- The animation resolution should be 280 х 1080, codec MATROX - MPEG 2 I-frame HD + Alpha (and 50 Mbps bit rate). For exception in TGA sequence 32 bit included Alpha Channel.
- The Overlay Cut-in pad should be 20% transparency minimum.
- During the production stage for each animation it is very important to observe safe-frame limits in order of avoiding important elements for the client for being placed out of the frame.
- The BMG team reserve all the rights to require any kind of changes when they are necessary.
- In case of using BMG materials for broadcasting in other medias, clients are charged additionally for authority rights.
- BMG provide wide range of assistance for collecting additional materials (music, speaker, fonts) in order to provide the final product finished.
- It is client duty to observe and put in order all the connected rights and authority charges.
- BMG accept client’s materials (music, speaker, fonts) only when they are accompanied with an assigned document which proves that all the rights and authorities are settled.
