The sponsorship tag is an alternative form that associates the client with a specific production as it’s sponsor. It may include the name, trademark, services and products of the sponsor. It can be a part of an advertising spot or a separate video.
When presenting a sponsor, the following can not be used:
The purpose of presenting a sponsor is to popularize the name, trademark, reputation, activities or products of the sponsor whereas the purpose of advertising is to promote the sale of goods and services the advertiser. The advertising appeals and emphasizes on a products quality should not be used since they would make the tags an advertisement message.
Technical requirements: HD (1080i/50) MXF with codec XDCAM HD 50, stereo sound 48 KHz, -23 LUFS according to standard EBU R128 (speaker – channel 1 ; music + effects – channel 2; mix channel 3&4)
