bTV With The Highest Viewer Trust And Grade On Election Day

Nearly 39% of Bulgarians indicated that they trusted mainly the bTV News editorial office to cover election day last Sunday. According to the express survey of "Market Links" *, the largest percentage of viewers indicate bTV as the media with the most professional, objective and interesting coverage on election day.
The newsroom with the greatest trust in Bulgaria according to a number of studies followed the race for the votes of the Bulgarians, traditionally offering the viewers an objective and broad view of the events and processes in the political life of the country months before the vote. As part of the election campaign, the air of bTV offered viewers a series of nearly 100 appearances by candidates for MPs in debates or solo interviews. The bTV newscasts showed the highlights of the election campaign for the viewers, and the studios of "This Morning", "Face to Face", "This Saturday and Sunday" and "120 Minutes" were an arena of political clashes and a struggle for voter confidence with clear regulations and at the highest journalistic standards.
The grade by the most viewers - 32.7% - defines bTV as the most independent and equidistant from the political parties during the election campaign, among the televisions. According to the survey, the hosts and journalists of the bTV editorial office also receive high recognition. Respondents at Market Links determined that they were the ones who asked the most accurate and really exciting questions on the day of the vote.
On election day, bTV offered viewers a fourteen-hour TV marathon. A team of nearly 250 professionals took care of the viewers, listeners and online users of all bTV platforms to learn how the vote is going in all parts of Bulgaria and the hottest spots abroad.
The special section "The New Parliament" on btvnovinte.bg gathered in one place all the most important things in real time, as the real users of the site increased by 87% during the day, compared to the previous day, according to data from Gemius. A serious increase of 50%, as well as a triple jump in video views on a daily basis was noted by the Facebook page of bTV Novinite, which reached over 1.5 million Bulgarians on election day.
