We will look to the future, we will dance and dream with the new show on Jazz FM radio - Jazztronica, stylishly presented by DJ Mr. Moon. The young instrumentalist, arranger and DJ will introduce us to new versions of classical models and will offer us the latest from the club jazz on Friday at 18:00, with a rerun on Saturday at 22:00 on the air of the only radio for jazz, soul, blues and funk music in Bulgaria.

The heritage we value and the future we look forward to will be joined in the present of the 60 minutes of Jazztronica. "You have so much musical material from the past that you can sample, cut and arrange in a brand new puzzle. It completely differs from the original, but it is reminiscent of past emotions and styles. So the songs sound new and different, but they are also familiar. This is what won me over, so many years ago, to this music," says Mladen Dimitrov in the backstory. Both as a DJ, and as a musician, there is nothing better to him than mixing his favorite styles - jazz and electronic music.

Each edition of Jazztronica has a specific theme - for example, the first one was dedicated to Billy Holiday and the sound of her era. It inspired us for discoveries through recreations of her original pieces and plays by artists like Charlie Parker.

The show is distinguished by the skillful selection of treasures from history and the subtle blending style. This combination turns the sets of DJ Mr. Moon in a journey through time, genres and emotions. "Life is not in black and white, it is full of nuances that flow into each other," is the view of Mladen Dimitrov, shaping the sound of his sets as a journey, sometimes with vast expanses before us, sometimes with turns that reveal unexpected sights.

The new show on Jazz FM, Jazztronica, is a joyful companion at the end of the workweek every Friday, and then recharges us with a good mood on the quiet Saturday night.
