bTV Media Group participates in the Best Employer Awards 2023

bTV Media Group CEO Ralf Bartoleit takes part in the Best Employer 2023 ceremony. The organizer of the annual initiative is the insurance company ARS Bulgaria. bTV Media Group is a partner of the initiative and took part in the official event by presenting an award to the technology company SAP Labs Bulgaria.
The Best Employer Awards recognize companies with the highest levels of employee satisfaction and engagement each year, based on an international methodology. For 2023, organizations were evaluated on 4 key work environment factors: engagement, talent focus, engaging leadership, and flexibility. Employee engagement research shows that the future challenges for companies are related to a sustainable hybrid work model, professional development and sharing common values.
