On Earth Day in April 2021, we carried out a campaign with an extremely important message, namely the protection of the bee population in our country. Chef Sylvena Rowe returned from Dubai to present in a special Masterclass her reading of a dish prepared only with products that would not remain on Еarth if the bees disappeared. Chef Rowe had a limited number of products to prepare her dish, and she chose thousand-leaves steamed pork. The recipe became part of her latest book "My Kitchen", which became an absolute hit, the first edition of which was almost sold out after its release.
With the magnificently prepared dish, she showed that she can prepare great meals with limited products, but also urged all of us not to allow the erasure of the diversity of our planet Earth and to protect the bees.
The response to the campaign and the socially engaged message brought the brand an Effie Silver Award in the newest category of the ceremony this year - "Positive Change."
