Radio N-JOY and Dunkin' in an Effective Cross-Platform Collaboration

New elements enhanced the popular game of the radio – "Office mood"


One of the most successful games on the air of Radio N-JOY – "Office mood" – has partnered with Dunkin'. The communication was in the context of the philosophy of the products in the Dunkin' brand and the history of the global chain.

For 2 weeks, one of all offices that registered to participate and answered the question of the day correctly, would win the delicious and savory prizes from Dunkin', on a lottery principle. For better performance, the game was extended with a subpage on the N-JOY website in the "Games" section, the answers were posted on the radio's Facebook page, with tags to the Dunkin 'profile on the social network.

The game was enhanced with new elements - an accompanying segment and visualization, which provoked a high level of activity on the part of the participants and pleasantly surprised the winning offices, which were involved live in the adventure.

In the rubric "Eat, Travel and Love", the host Dani Raykova, a hobby chef and one of the colorful contestants in the MasterChef culinary show, enriched the information about Dunkin' with interesting facts and helped distinguish the brand in listeners' minds. In addition, Dani Raykova personally delighted the winning offices - with a cup of aromatic Dunkin' Dark Roast coffee, and the most delicious donuts, which she brought them personally, and so captured their authentic reactions before the camera. That way, the audience was also engaged in the digital channels of the radio, with 2 original videos.

The Facebook posts of Dunkin' reached 2100 to 3300 users on the different days.
