Adelina Popova has been the Director of Human Resources since March 24, 2025. She is a professional with 25 years of experience and has worked for a number of global companies. Her expertise covers all areas of HR strategy development, including talent attraction and retention, organizational culture and leadership improvement, workplace satisfaction measurement, and employee development.

Adelina Popova started her career with KPMG Bulgaria. Over the years she took regional responsibility for strategic HR development with KPMG in the Balkans. She then continued her professional development within companies in the tech sector as Senior HR Business Partner and lead for the “Next Generation Leaders” Program for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Hewlett-Packard. Over the last 10 years, she has worked in various multinationals in global roles like Global Director People & Culture at Tek Experts, Global Senior Business Partner HR at ATOS IT Solutions and Services and Head of Leadership Development, EVIDEN. Adelina graduated from the University of National and World Economy with a master’s degree in economics and completed a postgraduate professional certification in Strategic HR Management in London.
