Dimitar Noykov has been the head of the VOYO video platform in Bulgaria since 19 January 2026. He is responsible for the platform's overall strategic development, focusing on expanding local content, improving the user experience and ensuring the service's sustainable growth. The platform offers over 7,000 hours of video content per year in various genres in Bulgaria, as well as original productions from bTV.

Dimitar Noykov is an experienced media professional who has spent many years managing and developing video platforms and digital products. During his career, he has held key management positions related to content management, developing streaming services, creating film and television channels, and monetizing and managing media brands. He graduated from the University of National and World Economy, earning a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in business economics and Trade.
