Gospodin Yovchev joined the management team of bTV Media Group at the end of April 2014 as Legal and Business Affairs Director, and is a Member of the Management Board of the company since June 2017. He is also Manager of Radiocompany CJ, a subsidiary of bTV Media Group.

Gospodin Yovchev has more than 10 years of experience in the telecommunications and media industries. He was in charge of the Regulatory Department at Mobiltel, where he was responsible for the full compliance of the company's activities with regulatory requirements and EU law.

He has a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of National and World Economy and a Master's Degree in Law at the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
